Cherry Creek Transitions Program
The Transition Program is an optional program for young adults with special needs who are 18-21 years of age and who have completed their high school core classes and when the IEP team have determined the need for such transition services.

Girls Inc. of Metro Denver is an affiliate of the national Girls Inc. network. They serve girls ages 6-20 in the Denver-Metro area. Their research-based programming is delivered by trained professionals who focus on the development of the whole girl, supporting, mentoring, and guiding girls in an affirming, pro-girl environment. Girls learn to value their whole selves, discover and develop their inherent strengths, and receive the support they need to navigate the challenges they face.

Littleton Public Schools Transition Services
LPS Transition Services is a community-based program that serves a wide range of students with disabilities who are 18-21 years of age. Staff strive to encourage active participation in the students’ community including the areas of vocational training, functional life skills, access to appropriate public transportation, recreation and leisure activities, healthy relationships and other areas that support an appropriate and meaningful level of independence for each young adult in the program
